Web reminders

Hi Eye web reminders use the browser notification permission for batip.app and work only while the current tab or web app instance remains open.

If browser notifications are blocked, allow notifications for batip.app in your browser site settings, then tap the Work bell again.

Before contacting support

• Hard refresh the Hi Eye web app if the page looks stale after an update.
• Keep the tab open until the Work countdown ends when testing web reminders.
• Check that your browser and operating system allow notifications for batip.app.
