Support for Hi Memo.
Use these notes for common local-data, backup, reminder, and Google Drive questions. For a problem report, include your device, operating system, app version, and what you were trying to do.
Google Drive sync
Google Drive sync is optional. If access was revoked or the account changed, reconnect the same intended account from the Sync sheet.
Disconnecting does not delete remote app data. Use the separate confirmed removal action if you want Hi Memo to remove its current Google Drive sync files.
Local data and backups
Before restoring a backup or clearing app data, create and verify a current backup if you need to preserve existing notes.
Copies exported or shared outside Hi Memo remain at the destination you selected until you delete them there.
