What Hi Memo is designed to do

  • Create local notes, rich text, checklists, labels, images, and reminders.
  • Back up, restore, export, and share only when you choose those actions.
  • Optionally connect Google Drive and store sync data in your Google Drive app-data area.
  • Use Firebase Crashlytics on Android and iOS to diagnose crashes without intentionally attaching note content.

Local-first by default

Hi Memo does not require a BaTip account for local notes. Your note content and app preferences remain on the device unless you choose a feature that sends or saves data elsewhere.

Backups, exports, shared copies, reminder content, and selected images follow the destination or system action you choose.

Optional Google Drive sync

If you connect Google Drive, Hi Memo can transfer notes, sync metadata, thumbnails, and attachment files directly to Google's appDataFolder for the selected Google account.

Disconnecting keeps remote data. Removing current Google Drive sync data is a separate confirmed action in the app.

Release availability

Hi Memo mobile is being prepared for release through Google Play and the App Store. Android will link to Google Play; BaTip does not plan to offer a direct Hi Memo Android APK on batip.app.

A macOS download and web app are separate planned release tracks. They are not available or publicly supported yet, and links will appear only after their independent release paths are approved and verified.
